SummerStage No 8 at The Blackburn Inn

Grammy-nominated and 2021 Blues Music Award winning belter and bassist Danielle Nicole, first stepped out on her own in 2015 with her debut album “Wolf Den.” In 2018, Nicole returned with a follow-up release entitled “Cry No More” garnering a 2019 Grammy Nomination for Contemporary Blues Album and two Blues Music Awards for Bassist and Female Contemporary Artist, among others. Known for her “distinctive, inventive bass work,” and drawing vocal comparisons to Susan Tedeschi, Bonnie Raitt and Etta James, Nicole makes her SummerStage debut with guitarist Brandon Miller and drummer Go-Go Ray.
