Scraposaurs at The Museum of the Shenandoah Valley

Scraposaurs has colossal creatures display at the MSV gardens now through October 19, 2025. Featuring 14 dinosaurs and prehistoric animals made entirely from scrap metal and found objects, Scraposaurs is an outdoor exhibition that will captivate all ages. Created by Minnesota artist Dale Lewis, highlights include an 18-foot-long stegosaurus named Stanley; an 1,800-pound T-Rex with ribs and teeth from a John Deere rotary hoe; and a woolly rhino covered in 600 hundred pounds of tie wire “hair.”
